By accessing or using ClipShift on the web, on iPhone, or through related support flows, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
ClipShift provides tools for video editing, conversion, clipping, GIF creation, Live Photo generation, and related media-processing workflows. Some features run locally in your browser or device, while others rely on cloud services, storage, or third-party providers.
We may add, change, suspend, or remove features at any time, including limits, task availability, pricing, free-credit policies, and supported export formats.
You retain ownership of content you upload or create using the service. You grant us a limited license to host, process, store, transform, and deliver that content only as needed to operate the features you request.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights and permissions needed to upload, edit, convert, publish, or share your content. Do not use the service to infringe someone else's copyright, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
ClipShift may offer free credits, paid credit packs, or similar digital usage rights. Free credit rules may change at any time. Paid credits, if offered, are licensed for use within the service only, have no cash value, and are not transferable.
We do not guarantee the service will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every device, browser, upload, or export target. Processing jobs can fail, third-party providers can be unavailable, and supported features can change.
If something goes wrong, you can contact support through in-product support flows or by email.
We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms, abused the service, created risk for other users, or exposed us or our providers to legal or operational harm.
You may stop using the service at any time. For account or data deletion requests, see our Privacy Policy. On iPhone, signed-in users can start account deletion from the in-app account screen. Limited billing records may still be retained where required by law, payment platform rules, or bookkeeping obligations.
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, ClipShift and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, profits, goodwill, or business interruption arising from or related to your use of the service.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.
